This isn't therapy culture. It's triage: figure out what's broken, test it, fix it, and move on. Clear language, concrete actions, and results you can see.

Fix What's Broken, Then Move On

Most of what gets sold as "mental health" now is a subscription service for your pain. You sit in a room once a week, talk about the same problems, get a new label for your Instagram bio, and walk out with no real feedback, no real answers, and no real results.

Here, the goal isn't to keep you coming back. The goal is to fix what's actually broken.

This place is built for people who want triage, not endless processing. We look for the root issue that hits the most parts of your life at once, then go after that first... so one change buys you the biggest possible return. You get practical frameworks, simple experiments to run in the real world, and clear ways to see what's working and what isn't.

In a world moving this fast, you don't have time for solutions that crawl. You need tools that move at least as quickly as your problems do... and that's what these books and systems are designed to give you.

Human Systems Mechanic

Helping people identify the patterns shaping their lives and redesign them.

Most author bios are written in the third person to sound professional. That’s fine. But if you ever book a session with me, we’ll be spending an entire day digging into the real mechanics of your life. Pretending there’s some polished distance between us would be strange, so I’d rather speak directly.

I’m not a guru. I’m not a motivational speaker. And I’m not interested in selling you a personality cult. What I do is much simpler: I help people identify the patterns running their lives, understand where those patterns came from, and design practical experiments to change them.

I grew up between two very different influences. My mother was a prison psychologist with two PhDs, so I grew up hearing case studies about how people justify their actions, sabotage themselves, and build narratives around their behavior. My father’s rule was simple: Watch what people do, not what they say.

Between those two poles I learned to pay attention to both why people believe what they believe and what their behavior actually proves. Over the years I’ve listened to thousands of hours of people explaining their lives and compared those explanations to how they actually live. That gap is where most life problems live.

My career path has been anything but linear. I’ve worked as a corporate manager, a tattoo artist, a furniture designer for the sex industry, and an unofficial sounding board for countless people trying to figure out their relationships, careers, and identities. Different environments, same core issue: people trying to solve problems without understanding the system creating them.

A few years ago I hit my own perfect storm of isolation and financial collapse — the kind of moment where your usual explanations stop working. For me that moment happened on a balcony in Bangkok, asking a very simple question: What if the way I’ve been thinking about my life is wrong? Everything I do now — the books, the ReThink project, and the sessions I offer — grew out of rebuilding my own mental framework from the ground up.

When someone books a session, we spend a full day examining the system underneath their biggest problem — not just the symptom, the pattern. Your job isn’t to arrive with a perfectly explained issue. Your job is to be honest about what your life actually looks like right now and what you wish were different. From there I do most of the driving: asking questions, mapping patterns in your behavior and environment, and helping us design real-world experiments you can run immediately. The goal is simple: help you recognize the system shaping your life so you can consciously redesign it and start steering instead of just reacting.
